We had gotten to know Sahar and Daniela from Modern Mint Event Events last summer, and immediately after hitting it off we decided to collaborate and make something special!

The girls really opened our eyes and inspired us to help them document a royal Persian wedding from the 50′s, with a modern twist. We just want to say that Sahar and Daniela are a dream team. Man, they make things happen! So much attention to detail and coordination was required for this, and their dedication and helpfulness was what made all of it possible. It was a truly memorable experience working with them.

Persian weddings are so beautiful. And they deserve more attention because they don’t get featured in wedding magazines enough. We definitely did not want to replicate other Persian weddings, which revolve around the traditional white, ivory and gold color palettes. This is why we incorporated bold and beautiful colors as well to spark inspiration for our magazine readers. As advice for all brides, we think that following your heart and being original is more important than anything else.
